  2. Bring the trigger

    Bring the buyer request, RFP language, customer questionnaire, or internal concern that started the readiness conversation.

  3. Expect a fit decision

    If the readiness pilot fits, the next step is a written scope and a fixed quote. If not, we will say which path makes more sense.
