Technology Shouldn't Limit Your Mission

We're building credibility and case studies with Ottawa's nonprofit sector. We work primarily with commercial clients on cybersecurity compliance and technology consulting, but we want to give back to the community and establish relationships with mission-driven organizations. There's no upselling, no hidden fees, and no expectation of ongoing work. Mission Accelerator engagements are complimentary; if you need additional work beyond this program, we offer paid consulting. The only 'cost' is your time participating in a case study and leaving a review.

Yes, completely. All code, configurations, documentation, credentials, and intellectual property transfer to you at the end. We'll train your team so you're not dependent on us. If you want to hire us for future work, great. If not, that's fine too - you're not locked in.

No. Our goal is to make you self-sufficient. We provide thorough documentation and training so your team can maintain and evolve what we build. That said, if you want to engage us for future projects, we're open to that - but there's zero obligation.

We work with 2-3 Ottawa nonprofits per quarter. Selection is based on fit (do we have expertise in your challenge?), capacity (can we deliver real value in 3-5 weeks?), and case study potential (will your story help other nonprofits?). We prioritize local organizations with clear technical challenges and engaged leadership.

Absolutely. If the engagement goes well and you have additional needs, we're happy to discuss paid consulting at our standard commercial rates. But that's entirely optional and up to you. Some organizations engage us once and we part as friends. Others become long-term clients. Both outcomes are fine with us.
